Contact us: We are dedicated to the exploration of the tension between egalitarianism and capitalism as described in Seymour Martin Lipset's book, First New Nation. The pendulum is swinging toward increased concentration of wealth in the hands of a few, limiting safety nets for the poor and restricting rights to find redress in courts or law. The question is whether we will be able to redirect the forces of government to uphold the Founding Fathers' dream of one nation with justice and equality for all or if those who would institutionalize inequality will prevail? |
